Hybrid Promotions LLC seeks a Graphic Designer (Female) to support the SBU3 / Branded Graphics team, focusing on Female Outdoor brands. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, delivering typography, color, and composition across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have a BFA in graphic design or equivalent, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and hand-sketching ability.

Qualifications

• BFA in graphic design or equivalent related work experience.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a plus).
• Must be organized and able to manage time efficiently.
• Must be able to follow a design brief and create sellable, trend-right art from scratch.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition.
• Hand sketching, drawing, and painting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (Manage multiple projects).
• Self-motivated and accountable for meeting tight deadlines.
• Team Player: Must be able to collaborate with other designers.
• Good communicator: Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Must be coachable, willing to learn and be open to feedback/constructive criticism.
• Flexible, willing to take on new challenges and shift gears quickly if needed.
• Solid understanding of various screen-printing processes, treatments and creating art ready for print.
• Basic understanding of garment construction.

Responsabilités

• Provide graphics for Female outdoor brands on weekly basis.
• Preparing artwork for sizing, print & CAD.
• Follow all established operating procedures.
• Trend research & Shopping Reports.
• Collaborate with graphics team on projects.
