Job summary

AlphaGraphics Oceanside is seeking a high-velocity hybrid Graphic Designer / CSR / Digital Production for our Oceanside location and upcoming Vista, CA site. You will contribute across design, CSR, and production, with responsibility for estimates and client communication.

You’ll manage 10+ production jobs daily, provide estimates, and work with clients; expect longer hours during busy periods, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible hours. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced print design experience required.
• 2–5 years in design or CSR/estimating roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple production tasks daily.
• Proficiency with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Project management: handle 10+ production jobs and 5+ estimates daily.
• Design & Pre-Press: translate client ideas into print-ready files.
• Quality control: proof layouts and ensure color accuracy.
• Communication: update clients, sales reps, and leadership regularly.
• Digital library: maintain an organized, searchable asset repository.
