AlphaGraphics US 219 is seeking a full-time operator in Oceanside, CA to preflight and adjust print files, run roll-fed large format printers, and handle finishing tasks including vinyl application. The role requires teamwork in a fast-paced environment and comfort with design software.

The position offers a steady schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend part-time shifts. Competitively priced compensation aligns with experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is required and above average.
• Familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with PC-based platforms.
• Must be able to work in a small team, be detail-oriented, and take initiative in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Preflight files for print and make necessary changes.
• Process files through RIP workflow to prepare for printing.
• Operate roll-fed printers for large format output.
• Set up, maintain and operate digital printing devices and finishing equipment like cutter/plotter.
• Monitor output for consistency and quality.
• Apply color management skills.
• Cut substrates and apply vinyl to substrates and vehicles.
• Perform finishing tasks and assist with minor graphic design.
