Job summary

AlphaGraphics Oceanside is seeking a high-velocity hybrid graphic designer for our Oceanside location and upcoming Vista, CA. We partner with startups to Fortune 50 organizations, providing elite print, marketing, and design expertise.

This salaried, multi-disciplinary role allocates 50% Pre-Press & Design, 30% CSR, and 20% Digital Production & Bindery. Expect a dynamic schedule with deadlines and generous growth opportunities, including health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in print design (PC Platform)
• 2 years in customer service/estimating
• Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage 10+ production jobs and 5+ estimates daily.
• Design & Pre-Press: Brainstorm briefs, render proofs, and prepare technical specs for offset, digital, and large format.
• Quality Control: Proofread layouts and oversee printing to ensure perfect color consistency.
• Communication: Provide continuous updates to clients, sales reps, and leadership.
• Digital Library: Maintain a comprehensive, organized digital library.
