The University of Illinois Chicago seeks a Graphic Designer Associate to support the Division of Specialized Care for Children in Springfield, IL. The role designs final artwork, manages brand identity, updates materials, and supports web and social media content.

With a Master’s in visual design and at least 36 months of related experience, you will collaborate with communications staff to produce accessible, print-ready and digital materials, coordinate translations, and assist with events.

Qualifications

• Degree in visual design or equivalent.
• Experience with accessibility and branded materials.
• Experience creating print-ready and web-ready materials.

Responsabilités

• Designs and produces final artwork, graphics and layouts for media while following accessibility and identity standards.
• Maintains the library of publications and related documents, updating metadata.
• Assist with photography and image editing, and manage photo library.
• Support community outreach and events with logos and materials.
• Manage identity standards and logo distribution with Communications Manager.
• Update website content and post on social media channels.
• Coordinate translations of publications and maintain multilingual documents.
• Create accessible digital content and remediate media as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
