Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. is seeking a graphic designer to join an in-house creative team in a hybrid role, with onsite three days a week in either Boise, Idaho or Plano, Texas.

You will execute assets across digital and print formats, extend campaigns, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with the Creative & Brand Director and senior designers. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of professional experience, strong typography and layout skills, and proficiency in Adobe

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional graphic design experience in-house.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly.
• Working knowledge of Figma for digital assets.
• Familiarity with project-management tools like Asana.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and templates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute assets across digital, print, web, presentations, events, and social media.
• Extend campaign concepts and visual systems across deliverables.
• Develop thoughtful layouts that communicate information clearly.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files following specs.
• Review work for accuracy, accessibility, and production readiness.
• Communicate progress, questions, and challenges to leadership.
• Participate in design critiques and reviews; incorporate feedback.
