Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; strong Figma skills.
• After Effects and motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio across print, digital, and brand applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and execute designs across print and digital deliverables.
• Become expert in client’s brand guidelines, visual identity and preferences.
• Maintain brand consistency across projects and communications.
• Design advertising, social content, presentations, collateral, logos, and brand applications.
• Support video and motion graphics projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and designers to refine solutions.
• Work with Account Executives to understand objectives, timelines and feedback.
• Incorporate client feedback while preserving creative integrity.
• Collaborate with developers on website and digital projects.
• Manage multiple projects and quick-turn requests.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital.
• Review work for accuracy and brand adherence.
• Take ownership from concept through completion.
