Job summary

Responsibilities include designing intranet graphics, ads, presentations, maintaining brand standards, collaborating with web developers for website updates, and managing print production with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or four years of directly-related experience/education.
• Three years of graphic design experience in professional services environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create, produce, and manage graphics and visual content for marketing, business development, client service, and firm initiatives across web, social media, and print.
• Design intranet graphics, digital assets, advertisements, event collateral, presentations, and publications while maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement designs and manage website updates; design responsive pages for optimal UX.
• Oversee print production, vendor relationships, quality control, and budget considerations.
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries; ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
