Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing multimedia and graphic content for web design, apps, and paid and organic digital marketing.
• Political/Public Affairs (or adjacent) Design Experience
• Design Agency Experience preferred
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in HTML5 graphics and animation
• Ability to design and illustrate original visuals
• Understanding of social media platforms and their design delivery requirements
• Organized enough to juggle multiple client projects and deadlines at once
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine art, computer graphics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Comfort working within a highly regulated, high-visibility communications environment

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets: websites, landing pages, ads, social media, and video for political/public affairs clients
• Work closely with the VP of Digital from concept through final product
• Create motion graphics, animations, GIFs, and static graphics
• Support the web design and build process
• Edit and enhance short- and long-form video content for platforms
• Nice to have: design print materials like mailers, postcards, and signage when needed
• Ensure design work meets applicable compliance standards, including copyright, electoral advertising, ADA/accessibility, and data privacy requirements
