ASTRO, the American Society for Radiation Oncology, is seeking a Manager of Business Development & Grants in Arlington, VA. The role supports expanding revenue, securing grant funding, and cultivating strategic partnerships.

You will manage prospect research, support proposal development, and maintain relationships with current and prospective partners, reporting to the Director of Business Development. Hybrid work with telework up to 3 days/week after training; travel about 5–10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in business development, fundraising, grants, nonprofit management, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in raising more than $5M in non‑dues revenue.
• Identify prospective corporate, foundation, government, and institutional partners.
