Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or related field.
• Experience in financial management or budget tracking.
• Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and intermediate to advanced Excel).
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Advise faculty and staff on sponsor regulations concerning allowable costs and re-budgeting.
• Assist in budget preparation and tracking for sponsored projects.
• Review proposals for budget adequacy and alignment with regulations and university policy.
• Monitor sponsored projects to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Provide training on grant management to faculty and staff.
• Assist in department administrative duties and records management.
