Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or related field.
• Experience in financial management or budget tracking.
• Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and intermediate to advanced Excel).
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check.
• Minimum two years knowledge or coursework in grant and project management.
• Certified Research Administrator (CRA).

Responsibilities

• Provide sponsored project advice and guidance to SMHS faculty and staff.
• Assist SMHS faculty and staff with proposal preparation.
• Monitor sponsored projects and ensure compliance with sponsor regulations.
• Provide training to SMHS faculty and staff on grants management.
• Provide department administrative duties for Research Affairs.
