Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of related grants experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar integrated financial systems.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with faculty and departments to support development and submission of sponsored proposals.
• Provide consultative guidance on grants administration policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate proposal budgets, documentation, submissions, and grant startup activities.
• Collaborate with university partners to deliver compliant, high-quality research administration services.
