Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact is seeking a Grant Impact Manager to support the GEAR UP Promise Zone, collaborating with district finance personnel, PRI staff, and community partners to drive student academic success through data analysis and grant management.

The role includes reviewing budgets, ensuring expenditures align with approved scopes, and leading data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform program improvements and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with rural schools and communities.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and using findings to inform planning and next steps.
• Experience with college access and student success best practices.
• Superior interpersonal and organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process district reimbursements and grant financial documents per SOPs.
• Review portions of the GEAR UP federal budget to ensure allowable expenditures and aligned scope.
• Monitor student-level data and identify adjustments to services and implementation plans.
