Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, seeks a Government Contracts Specialist in Dayton, OH. This hybrid role focuses on owning government contract vehicles, managing the full lifecycle, and aligning contracts with business needs while collaborating with Sales, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.

You will ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, and drive timely renewals and pricing updates in partnership with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own government contract vehicles (GSA MA, FEDLINK, state MSAs).
• Manage full lifecycle of contracts: awards, modifications, renewals, closeouts.
• Maintain calendar of expiration dates, renewal windows, deadlines.
• Initiate renewals and modifications to prevent lapses.
• Maintain contract files, docs, amendments, pricing schedules.
• Ensure contract data is reflected in internal systems and procurement platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Ops, and Product.
• Identify and resolve contract-related issues before impact.
