Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2–5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in transactional accounting.
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex accounting functions, reconciliations, and financial calculations across multiple systems.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries per GAAP.
• Manage and reconcile appropriations, funds, and subledgers.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support fiscal management.
• Process and review member account adjustments per ETF policies and state statutes.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and complex issues.
• Contribute to improving accounting procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
