Kharon is seeking a full-time Research Analyst based in NYC or Washington, D.C. The role requires in-office attendance 4 days a week and offers a competitive salary.

The ideal candidate will monitor sanctions and policy developments, curate datasets, and perform data validation to support new products and partnerships. You will collaborate with the Research team and may write code to automate data collection and analysis.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of sanctions/export controls/AML experience.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization and graph databases.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XPath, JSON).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor sanctions, enforcement actions, and policy activity for Kharon’s products.
• Curate, publish, maintain, and QA datasets.
• Validate and reconcile data to support new products and partnerships.
• Research international affairs impacting business risk and data sources.
• QA data quality and develop tooling to support tasks as needed.
• Write code to automate data analysis, cleanup, and enhancements.
