Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated, headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, seeks a Senior Manager, Global Risk and Audit Management to lead risk-based audits and strengthen the GRAM function in a hybrid (50/50) role.

The role partners with regional leaders across supply chain, operations, IT and finance to deliver value-added audits, mentor staff, and advance the QAIP program aligned with IPPF standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive internal audit and/or risk management experience with at least 2 years leading engagements.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification required; CRMA or CERM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end risk and audit engagements, including scoping, fieldwork, findings development and reporting.
• Conduct risk-based audit planning identifying key risks, controls and procedures aligned with IIA Standards.
• Draft clear audit reports with risk-rated findings and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate audit team members and co-sourced resources, providing guidance and feedback.
• Track management action plans and escalate delays or remediation concerns to the Director.
• Support annual risk assessment and audit universe refresh with regional insights.
• Audit across financial controls, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, supply chain, procurement and IT general controls.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve audit efficiency and insights.
