Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Risk and Audit Management at the Hunt Valley, MD headquarters. The role leads risk-based audits across multiple domains, mentors staff, and ensures alignment with IPPF and QAIP standards.

Reporting to the Director, Internal Audit, Americas Region & Function Operations, you will drive risk assessments, leverage data analytics, and manage cross-functional teams in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is required.
• Experience with IIA Standards, IPPF, QAIP, and internal audit processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk and audit engagements including scoping, fieldwork, findings development, and reporting.
• Draft clear audit reports with risk-rated findings and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate audit teams and co-sourced resources during engagements.
• Track management action plans and escalate delays or remediation concerns.
