Qualifications

• Eight+ years in Pharma Manufacturing/Quality environments with compliance, FDA/EMA readiness, LIMS/ELN, and lab instruments.
• Five+ years of project-management experience.
• Experience planning, logistics, and facilitating executive-level meetings.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with regulatory/science teams.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across regional and global levels.
• Integrate multiple complex workstreams across functions and external entities.
• Track budgets, timing, risks, and mitigations with alliance and internal stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with alliance counterparts and governance bodies.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Support business initiatives including planning and meeting coordination.
