Job summary

Merck is seeking a Global Quality Program Integration Manager to drive transformation initiatives within the Global Quality Laboratory. You will coordinate cross-functional teams globally, manage complex workstreams, and ensure budget accountability while advancing quality initiatives across regions.

Responsibilities include leading senior-level meetings, stakeholder communications, and execution governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / Quality Environment.
• 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / Quality Environment with regulatory compliance, FDA/EMA inspection readiness, LIMS/ELN systems, and lab instrumentation.
• A minimum of five (5) years of project-management experience.
• Experience with planning, logistics, and facilitation of executive-level meetings internally and externally.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to work with regulatory, quality, capital, and/or scientific teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders across various cross-functional groups at a regional and global level.
• Integrate numerous complex and aggressive workstream plans across multiple functions and external entities.
• Resolve conflicts and make trade-offs between competing interests and priorities to ensure the overall success of the project.
• Facilitate key joint meetings together with alliance counterparts.
• Ensure streamlined and efficient communication, including scheduling touchpoint-based communications with key stakeholders and participating in cross-function execution and governance meetings.
