This hybrid role requires shaping end-to-end customer experience, partnering with marketing, pricing, sourcing, and operations to accelerate profitability and deliver operational excellence across a global network.

On-site Tue-Thu in Maple Plain, MN, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or business; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years B2B experience on a business >$50M (3 years if MBA/advanced degree).
• Exposure to product management/strategic marketing toolkit: market sizing, market segmentation, voice of the customer, value proposition development & quantification, offer management, and value-based pricing.

Responsibilities

• Define the Network product roadmap and end-to-end customer experience.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and support sales with value propositions.
• Collaborate with pricing, sourcing, operations, sales and supply chain to deliver product success.
• Drive network profitability and cross-functional leadership across regions.
