Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking an eCommerce Planner 1 to help manage the eCommerce business. You will build annual and monthly financial plans at the Category and Region levels, and manage SKU‑level inventory to optimize sell‑through and weeks of supply on Fossil's direct website.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising or equivalent, 2+ years in planning/buying/allocation with DTC/eCommerce experience, strong analytics, and proficiency in Excel and Google tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in planning, buying, or allocation with required DTC/eCommerce exposure.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build annual and monthly financial plans at category and region levels.
• Manage SKU-level inventory flow to meet sell-through and weeks of supply targets.
• Generate weekly reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate launches, promotions, and marketing priorities with Brand, Merchants, and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to pricing and promotions for the DTC channel to maximize margins.
• Ensure pricing feeds and assortment updates support a seamless customer experience.
• Lead ad hoc projects supporting key strategic initiatives.
