Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Neenah, WI is seeking an Operations Specialist to drive inventory health, reporting, and cross-functional process improvements across global stores and spare parts management.

You will partner with manufacturing, engineering and procurement teams, apply SAP, Excel and data-analytic tools, and lead small projects while traveling up to 10% to support business needs. This role blends safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics Data Science, or demonstrated experience in a related field.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with Data Science and/or analytical tools including Access, Excel, and VBA.
SAP Subject Matter Expertise level knowledge and capability.
5+ years’ experience in operational assignments in manufacturing, logistics, maintenance or staff environments.
Ability to travel to support business needs (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support in developing and maintaining Management tools, analytics and reporting on a Global basis.
Inventory Health / Inventory Management.
Inventory Performance Reporting and Analytics.
Export Compliance.
Internal Control Compliance.
Repair/Warranty Cost Savings.
Lead stores & spare part management processes and systems as part of the MRO COE.
Coaching/Mentoring and problem solving.
Act as Central Stores MRP Controller to manage spare parts supply with optimal inventory levels.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and stores to optimize stocking levels and identify alternative solutions for spare parts.
