Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability to meet the production schedule through planning, inventory control, and coordination with manufacturing.
• Monitor production-related system activities, including order reporting, timely closure, and overdue orders cleanup.
• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery and production conformance; perform daily follow-up to maintain plan control.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities like BOM changes, engineering trials, and validation runs.
• Manage end-to-end flow of materials from receipt to finished goods; ensure SAP accuracy.
• Lead inventory assurance with cycle counts and discrepancy minimization.
• Support warehouse efficiency with Kanban and FIFO systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, and Finance to optimize flow.
• Develop and execute short-term schedules; support FOAK processes and enter end-state planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and distribution SOPs; communicate with leadership clearly.
