Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to manage shipping, receiving and inventory processes at the Central Stores facility in Wisconsin. You will serve as SME for assigned functions, uphold SOPs, train teammates, and support a safe, efficient workflow across warehouse operations.

You will work with 3PL resources, contribute to cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy while adapting to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines for downtime scenarios.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) capabilities and SOP ownership.
• Ability to train teammates and maintain safety practices.

• Deliver accurate and on-schedule shipments, respond to questions via phone or email.
• Maintain SOPs and train teammates to ensure standard processes.
• Follow DOT, US export and import requirements for materials.
• Promote safety and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and improvements.
• Be adaptable to changing priorities and support after-hours on-call schedule.
