Job summary

ADP's Global Security Organization seeks a Fraud Analyst for the Critical Incident Response Center to monitor and triage security incidents across ADP's systems. You will transform disparate data into actionable intelligence to protect ADP and clients, with responsibilities spanning investigation, escalation, and reporting.

The role is hybrid, based in Roseland, NJ, requiring 3 days per week on-site and participation in weekend/holiday coverage as part of a 24x7 team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• CFE, GIAC, Sec+ certifications or equivalent are a plus.
• 2-4 years’ experience in fraud auditing in a large organization.
• 2 years’ work experience in the financial services industry.
• 2 years’ work experience handling fraud or cyber fraud incident activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incidents in the CIRC alert queue.
• Serve as level 2 escalation for fraud cases and act as investigator.
• Validate possible security incidents and determine escalation.
• Process alerts towards resolution and support critical incidents.
• Follow escalation processes to inform CIRC leads/managers and stakeholders.
• Communicate alert progress using standard tools.
• Conduct technical analysis of security incidents.
• Coordinate with other CIRC units and fraud stakeholders.
• Maintain situational awareness of cross-unit incidents.
• Mentor and coordinate fraud training for analysts.
• Generate weekly and monthly incident reports.
