Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA certification (active) strongly preferred.
• 4+ years in accounting/financial reporting; Big Four experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting.
• Experience in multinational publicly traded companies; foreign currency exposure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office; ERP exposure.
• Experience with SAP/Central Finance and Workiva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US GAAP Form 20-F filings, quarterly 6-K, IFRS UK reports, IFRS standalone UK parent reports, debt offering memorandums, and other annual reports for the company.
• Own certain footnotes and maintain the financial close calendar.
• Provide support to Investor Relations and CFO for earnings releases and analyst meetings.
• Coordinate annual audits, quarterly reviews, and ongoing audit activities with internal/external auditors.
• Implement new accounting guidance under US GAAP and IFRS; drive process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis; participate in other corporate accounting initiatives.
• Administer Workiva, system ownership and user maintenance.
• Oversee stock compensation accounting including monthly expense entries and vesting entries.
