Subaru of America, based in Camden, NJ, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the monthly close, prepare quarterly reporting to Subaru Corporation, and manage GAAP/IFRS compliance, including standalone financial statements and external audits.

You will lead budgeting for G&A and capex, coordinate with business stakeholders, and develop monthly reports, while guiding a team through new accounting standards. Hybrid work with two remote days after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 10+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting close governance and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reporting timelines.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and analyses for reporting accuracy.
• Prepare quarterly reporting package to Subaru Corporation.
• Manage G&A and capital expense budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with stakeholders.
• Coordinate external audits and J-SOX activities and documentation.
• Lead adoption of new accounting standards and coordinate impact assessments.
• Provide technical accounting oversight for lease accounting and complex areas.
• Coordinate tax reporting with tax team and external specialists.
