Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead Global Compliance & Tax Reporting, coordinating with outside advisors and overseeing tax provision, reconciliations, and reporting for a rapidly growing multinational.

The role demands strong technical tax knowledge, independence, and the ability to drive process improvements; a hybrid schedule is available with three office days.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
• Strong experience with ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Experience reviewing tax returns, provision and tax reporting workpapers.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Global Tax Compliance – lead and manage the global income tax compliance process across US, federal, state and foreign jurisdictions.
• Tax Provision & Reporting – review and support quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740.
• International Tax & Strategic Projects – support foreign tax compliance and reporting activities across global entities.
• Leadership & Process Improvement – manage multiple concurrent workstreams across approximately 80 global entities.
