Job summary

MFS is seeking a Client Service and Relationship Management co-op in Boston. This 6-month program runs Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours per week, beginning Jan 13, 2027 and ending Jun 25, 2027. The role offers exposure to product management, client service and relationship management teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a self-starter and comfortable working with diverse teams, with strong presentation, data management and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and project/people management skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, maintains and enhances administrative policies, projects and procedures for the division.
• Provides office services such as binding materials, updating databases, and ordering supplies.
• Assist with scheduling and arranging onsite client meetings (materials, refreshments, rooms).
• Attend weekly Product Management and Relationship Management team meetings.
• Support CRM updates, PowerPoint presentations and Excel work as needed.
• Perform varied duties to assist teams and ensure smooth operations.
