As a Hybrid employee, you will engage in virtual work and attend in-person meetings at the Collaboration Hub in Phoenix. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of information services and process technology experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise GIS solutions, including data models, system integrations, and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong business architecture and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate spatial and operational needs into clear designs, roadmaps, and governance.
• Deep understanding of spatial data management, analytics, geodatabases, and integration with enterprise systems such as ERP/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecting and project management for application platforms and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Analyze existing and proposed systems; implement, integrate, monitor, and optimize strategies to support business operations and objectives.
• Identify opportunities in information systems, business process redesign, and continuous improvement.
• Document and communicate MIS designs and process maps with executives and senior management.
• Define MIS requirements with global business areas and evaluate solution options.
• Collaborate with teams to identify suppliers, alliances, and process improvements.
• Support production by configuring systems, monitoring, and updating interfaces.
• Provide MIS expertise to global MIS projects.
