Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Geology, Geophysics, or closely related geoscience.
• 10+ years of active exploration and production experience.
• Proficiency with industry software (Petrel/Kingdom or equivalent).
• Experience evaluating conventional and unconventional plays.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geological and geophysical studies to identify new opportunities.
• Develop geological models to inform exploration and development decisions.
• Predict subsurface drivers for well performance and define type curves.
• Perform pre-drill risk assessments for proposed locations.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures with geological input.
• Assist deal flow evaluation for grass roots opportunities.
• Apply data analytics and ML to improve interpretation workflows.
• Maintain geologic databases and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in subsurface tools and workflows.
