• PhD or MS in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field.
• 4+ years in genetics or cancer genetics; 1+ year in a CLIA-certified lab; at least 1 year with NGS and germline or cancer testing.
• Experience with ClinVar, gnomAD, ExAC, HGMD, COSMIC; strong English communication; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify clinically significant sequence variants using established tools and workflows.
• Collect and review genetic, clinical and molecular information from peer-reviewed sources.
• Critically analyze and verify data relevant to clinical case analyses.
• Summarize results and communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Meet turnaround times needed in a clinical lab setting and manage workload accordingly.
• Lead productivity improvements and contribute to development of new tests and workflows.
• Create verification and SOP documentation drafts for software systems and tests.
