Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate MGGP program development across Clinical Genomics, Molecular Genetic Pathology, Cytogenetics and Flow Cytometry labs.
• Coordinate clinical operations, including onboarding new assays and quality/workflow improvements per regulatory standards.
• Identify resources and effort for short- and long-term program objectives; monitor progress and timelines.
• Oversee data and software pipelines from sequencing to clinical reports, using in-house and third-party tools.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant IT infrastructure and software/middleware components.
