Job summary

LHH is working with a Chambers-ranked Philadelphia law firm seeking a Mid-Level General Litigation Associate for its growing litigation department. This role offers exposure to sophisticated matters across multiple substantive areas while working directly with experienced litigators.

You’ll handle matters from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, manage discovery, take depositions, and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–6 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Deposition and discovery experience preferred.
• Pennsylvania admission or ability to waive in.
• Generous base salary based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.
• Manage discovery and take depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial work.
• Work on a broad range of matters, including Commercial, Construction, Labor & Employment, Professional Liability, Real Estate disputes, Appellate matters, Family law-related litigation.
