The role focuses on managing transport customer information, nominations, scheduling, and imbalance management, ensuring accurate contract administration and problem resolution across the scheduling system.

Responsibilities include guiding stakeholders through the scheduling process, handling escalations, and training customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of gas scheduling or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of tariffs and contractual rights.

Responsibilities

• Perform problem recognition, troubleshooting and resolution for scheduling system and customer issues.
• Guide internal and external stakeholders through nominations, imbalance resolution, billing inquiries and scheduling issues.
• Handle daily/weekly/monthly special project duties.
• Complete contract, location, and business contact setup in the software system.
• Review imbalances and reconcile differences with interconnecting pipelines.
• Complete pipeline closing and reporting duties.
• Train customers and internal users on the scheduling system.
