Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services seeks a Fund Administration Operations Analyst to support ETF, mutual fund and other fund clients. You will monitor budgets, prepare board materials and assist with regulatory reporting, working across internal teams and external counsel.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while complying with the Investment Company Act and GAAP. Hybrid in Glendale, CA or Milwaukee/Oshkosh, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, other investments and security types.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles.
• Commitment to ethics and compliance; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review a fund budget based on contractual agreements, fee proposals and expense trends.
• Prepare and review ETF and other fund client board materials and attend virtual meetings.
• Prepare and review financial statements for ETF and fund clients to comply with GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Act as liaison between internal departments, external counsel, fund auditors and clients to coordinate filings.
• Test and review portfolio compliance to ensure adherence to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and internal guidelines.
• Lead the financial reporting filing requirements for ETF or fund clients' fiscal year.
• Mentor teammates and communicate effectively with investment advisor clients.
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects including ETF launches, M&A activity and liquidations.
