Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services seeks a Fund Administrator 1 or 2 to support its Fund Administration team. You will help manage the day-to-day financial and regulatory reporting for ETF and other funds, coordinating with internal teams, counsel, auditors and clients.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm CT. Location: 3+ days in Milwaukee, WI or Oshkosh, WI. Bachelor's in accounting or finance and 1–2 years of related experience preferred; knowledge of ETFs and regulatory accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• One to two years of related work experience.
• General knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, and security types.
• Basic understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles.
• Organized and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a fund budget based on contractual provisions and expense trends.
• Prepare ETF and other fund board materials for meetings.
• Prepare financial statements for ETF and fund clients and regulators.
• Test portfolio compliance with investment company rules and guidelines.
• Lead financial reporting filings for ETF or fund clients.
• Mentor teammates and communicate with investment advisor clients.
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects like launches, M&A, liquidations.
