Job summary

Bay Path University is seeking a Web Developer to contribute to the university’s web presence across multiple institutions and digital initiatives. The role combines front-end development, CMS work, and integration with back-end systems, collaborating with Marketing, IT, and stakeholders to deliver accessible, responsive, and high-performing web experiences.

You will help redesign websites, implement templates, and ensure ADA-compliant, SEO-friendly pages while supporting time-sensitive content

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Web Development or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Foundational HTML, CSS, JavaScript; responsive design and mobile-first development.
Experience with CMS platforms (Drupal/WordPress) and dynamic web apps.
Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain University websites, landing pages, and related properties.
Implement front-end features with modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript; ensure accessibility.
Integrate CMS updates, APIs, and data connections; support lead capture systems.
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and stakeholders; provide backup coverage when needed.
Ensure WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility compliance and optimize performance.
