Sprezzatura in Arlington, VA is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to guide design, development, and delivery of full stack applications. You will mentor engineers, set standards across .NET, Angular, and SQL Server, and own technical direction throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong C#/.NET, Angular, and SQL Server expertise, along with leadership and collaboration with stakeholders. A VA Public Trust is required; the position offers a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong C#/.NET and Angular experience with SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack, back-end, front-end, and database developers.
• Set coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices across .NET, Angular, and SQL.
• Design, code reviews, and ensure quality in every deliverable.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, estimates, and work plans.
• Document ADRs and manage technical debt.
