Sprezzatura Management Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to support a VA program delivering secure, scalable software for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The role requires strong C#/.NET, Angular, and SQL Server expertise and the ability to lead a cross-functional team across the full development lifecycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core) experience, including Web APIs and EF Core.
• Strong Angular experience (modern versions), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML/CSS.
• Expert-level MS SQL Server and T-SQL: stored procedures, functions, CTEs, window functions, transactions.
• Experience with architecture patterns and design decisions; ADRs and code reviews.
• CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; secure coding practices.

• Set coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices across .NET, Angular, and SQL layers.
• Run design, code reviews, and ensure quality in every deliverable.
