Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to guide VA program development. You will lead a team across .NET, Angular, and SQL Server, shape architecture, write and review code, and mentor engineers. The role requires a VA Public Trust and strong leadership in a hybrid setup in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities include setting standards, guiding design, and delivering reliable, scalable systems across the full development lifecycle. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain VA Public Trust.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core and Web APIs.
• Strong Angular experience with TypeScript, RxJS, HTML/CSS.
• Expert MS SQL Server and T‑SQL experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
• Ability to design and document architecture decisions (ADRs).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse development team across stack.
• Define standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
• Design and deliver back-end services and Angular front ends.
• Define API contracts and ensure secure, integrated solutions.
• Own SDLC delivery from requirements to release and support.
