The role supports Middlebury's enterprise tools, with a hiring range of $67,120 - $75,522 per year. It allows remote work with one day per week in-person in Middlebury, VT.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a technical field emphasizing software development, data analysis, business management or technical project management.
• Higher education experience is desirable.
• Some knowledge of enterprise resource planning, enterprise reporting, and enterprise database applications.

Responsibilities

• Works with team members to ensure reliable, consistent and resilient operations of Middlebury's enterprise administrative tools and services.
• Analyzes Middlebury's technical applications to ensure solutions fit Middlebury's technical vision while meeting client goals.
• Partners with a business analyst to drive operational efficiencies by analyzing business processes
• Assists with analysis of data within relational databases
• Develops technical specifications from business requirements for day-to-day work
• Assist with developing technical specifications for system implementations and large institutional projects
• Research new software and tool features, create training materials or communications to assist workgroup manager
• Provides quality assurance (QA) plans or testing for solutions developed for clients
