Job summary

Highland Homes is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain customer-centric websites and apps. This hybrid onsite/remote role covers front-end and back-end work, ensuring robust APIs and scalable data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (7+ years with high school diploma) required.
• 3+ years full-stack PHP/LAMP development (back-end, front-end, server mgmt) required.
• 3+ years MySQL or similar database development required.
• 1+ years Vue.js or other front-end framework required.
• Git or equivalent source control, code review and repo management required.
• Strong RESTful API experience required.
• Laravel experience preferred.
• XML experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work self-directed and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development and maintenance of front-end and back-end solutions powering multiple customer-facing sites.
• Produce well-designed, tested, high-quality code following best practices.
• Suggest enhancements for functionality, architecture and user experience.
• Communicate progress with project teams and manage timelines.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for websites and apps.
• Adhere to corporate development standards and collaborate with team members.
