Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting for Corporate Resources across the organization. The role is based out of Falls Church, VA, onsite four days per week and collaborates with hiring leaders nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Workday. Prior construction recruiting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience required for corporate, professional services, or business support functions.
• Experience partnering with hiring leaders and managing full cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Strong intake, discovery, and relationship management skills.
• Prior construction industry recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for Corporate Resources positions across multiple functions and levels.
• Manage intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and hiring process execution.
• Build relationships with corporate leaders and hiring teams as a trusted recruiting partner.
• Utilize Workday to maintain recruiting data and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with hiring practices and internal standards.
