McKesson Corporation is seeking a Fulfillment Analyst to support Domestic Procurement in a hybrid role based in Richmond, VA (Florida candidates may be considered for remote work). You will analyze inventory, forecasting, and fulfillment data to optimize service levels and inventory turnover across the supply chain.

The role collaborates with procurement, distribution, operations, and supplier partners to drive replenishment plans, forecast accuracy, and inventory strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, procurement, replenishment planning, or related field.
• Experience with inventory management, forecasting, purchasing, or supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Analyze inventory, purchasing, and fulfillment data to maintain product availability and support customer service objectives.
• Establish and maintain inventory parameters balancing service levels with turnover goals.
• Manage item-level and DC-level demand forecasts to reflect anticipated customer demand.
• Evaluate inventory requirements and generate purchase orders for replenishment.
• Monitor inventory trends, forecast accuracy, fill rates, and performance metrics.
• Develop and support network fulfillment strategies balancing supplier constraints with customer demand.
• Collect, analyze, and report inventory, sales, and operational data for decision-making.
• Plan and track initiatives to maintain customer fill rates during projects or disruptions.
• Support process improvements and training across the analyst team.
