Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, including 5+ years leading and managing product managers or blended product / data science teams.
• Experience in pharmacy technology, healthcare supply chain, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Inventory Intelligence and Fulfillment Management.
• Lead the embedded data science team delivering optimization models.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on win/loss patterns and expansion motions.
• Drive PI / quarterly planning and ROI gates with Product Ops.
