Job summary

OUC - The Reliable One in Orlando seeks a Fuel Portfolio Analyst to support our electric generation fleet through daily fuel trading, scheduling, and logistics.

You will manage coal train logistics, process invoices, prepare hedging and regulatory reports, and assist with financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis while collaborating with Accounting, Operations, Energy & Fuel Portfolio teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fuel logistics and financial analysis.
• Experience in fuel trading, scheduling, coal logistics, invoicing, hedging and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily fuel trading, scheduling, and back-office operations for natural gas, coal, and purchased power.
• Manage coal train logistics, scheduling, tonnage tracking, inventory updates, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare hedging, regulatory reports, and management reports, including budget variance analysis.
