Job summary

Intel is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the FSMS Applications, focusing on factory IE operations and capital processes like cap reset and LRP. You will be the primary contact for system enhancements and work to align information systems with the organization's architecture.

Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, designing workflows, estimating costs, and documenting procedures, while applying agile methods and collaborating with business teams for training and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of hands-on experience in business systems analysis, OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, OR a PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience in system configuration and integration processes.
• Experience designing workflows, charts, or diagrams for business systems.
• Unit, integration, and acceptance testing methodologies.
• Experience in agile web-based business application development is a plus.
• Knowledge of factory capital processes along HVM manufacturing and related processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing information from system users to define scope and objectives.
• Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures; conducting feasibility studies to design solutions.
• Estimating costs of system solutions, including testing, and preparing project plans for prioritization and resources.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide users and ongoing operations.
• Leveraging agile methodology to design and configure solutions.
• Collaborating with business to develop training, change management, and operations processes.
• Developing use cases, business scenarios, and demos; coordinating testing of enhancements and providing support.
• Exploring opportunities to automate business processes with technology and provide consultation on automation.
